How does coaching work?

I’m not your best friend, I’m not going to tell you what you want to hear. I am going to tell you what you need to hear. That’s the role  of a life coach.

How’d that make you feel?   Working with a life coach teaches you how to speak up and ask for what you really want, to trust your intuition and to become a leader in your own life.
